Scalping / Wedge is a graphite rubbing on Fabriano paper of a waste piece of stone located on Tegg's Nose, to the east of Macclesfield, Cheshire, UK.
The piece is finished with black earth pigment and framed, unglazed, in pine and MDF - finished also in black earth pigment.
The work is signed on the back and also comes with a certificate of authenticity.

graphite, black earth pigment, acrylic medium, Fabriano Accademia paper, pine, MDF, screws, nails, double-sided tape.
